Custom Printed Items are not returnable. It is your responsibility to review and approve all the artwork submitted to DoctorDecal.
However, If you should have a problem or concern about your completed order, please contact our customer service department. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. DoctorDecal.com guarantees each product is as advertised or we will gladly return your money upon return of the product.
In cases where a proof was not requested, or the artwork used was supplied by you, or your agent, the customer must accept the liability. Please call our customer service department between 9:00 AM and 5:00 Central time - 1 800 235-7127.
